The location was absolutely perfect, with all the major tourist attractions within walking distance. It was so convenient to explore the city from here. The hotel itself was well-maintained and had a beautiful decor. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The air conditioning and wifi worked flawlessly, which was a great bonus. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, as it was very close to the town center and within walking distance of many restaurants and the old town. We also appreciated the fact that there were plenty of options nearby to have breakfast, such as the many bars around. The staff at the hotel were very pleasant and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the facilities were modern and functional. We were also grateful for the parking option provided by the hotel, located at via Giuseppe Verdi 1, which made it convenient for us to explore this city without worrying about parking tickets in the pedestrian ZTL area.

I had a wonderful stay at Mercure in Parma. The location was fantastic, just a few minutes away from the central station and close to the historical center. The room was spacious and the bathroom was modern. Despite some noisy neighbors, the overall experience was great. The breakfast, although not perfect, was satisfactory. The staff in the dining hall could have been more attentive, but that didn't overshadow the positive aspects of my stay. I had a pleasant time and would recommend this hotel.

The provision of bathrobe and slippers was a thoughtful touch, and the shower with multiple jets was refreshing. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a wide variety of options. Additionally, the underground parking adjacent to the hotel was convenient, despite being a bit pricey. The provision of a kettle for tea-making in the room was a bonus that added to my comfort and satisfaction.

The location is excellent, with the heart of Parma within walking distance. The hotel went above and beyond when my husband forgot his shoes, arranging for them to be shipped to our next hotel safely. I would recommend this hotel.

We were spoiled for choice with nearby restaurants like La Greppia and La Forchetta, and even had a grocery store just one block away. The breakfast at Mercure was a highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious options including cold cuts, cheese, eggs, sausage, breads. our stay in Parma was made even more enjoyable thanks to Mercure.

The style of the furniture in the room was not to my taste and the hotel was quite noisy, with thin walls allowing sounds from neighboring rooms. The breakfast quality was not up to par for a 4-star hotel, with oily scrambled eggs and rude behavior from the staff towards non-Italian-speaking guests.
