During our stay at Mercure, we were impressed by the spacious and well-designed rooms. The comfortable bed and big bathroom added to the overall comfort. The hotel is conveniently located near a huge shopping center with various dining options. The air conditioning in the room was excellent, ensuring a pleasant temperature throughout our stay. We also appreciated the complimentary parking and the efficient security measures in place. Being able to access the hotel and facilities using our room key provided an extra sense of security. The proximity to public transportation, including a metro and bus station, made exploring the area easy and convenient. The hotel also has a swimming pool, which was a nice bonus for relaxation and enjoyment.

While we had a great experience overall, there were a couple of minor inconveniences. The pool could have been cleaner, as there were some floating hair.

Nothing for me

The room was perfect for a group of four, with a refrigerator and a hot pot for coffee. The restaurant served amazing food for dinner, and breakfast was the best we had during our stay in France. There were plenty of choices for breakfast, including scrambled eggs and real bacon, which my boys loved. The location was great, with a huge store across the street to stock up on water and snacks. The hotel had secure parking, which was a bonus.

Bed was hard, which was a bit uncomfortable. Breakfast was a bit expensive, but still very nice.

The rooms were spacious and the hotel had good parking options. the hotel is located in an easily accessible area which makes it easy to explore the surroundings and avoid the heavy traffic of a busy city.

The nearest Metro stop is easily reachable, making it convenient for exploring the city. Plus, it is situated by a prestigious shopping centre, perfect for indulging in some retail therapy. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with clean bathrooms and a helpful staff. The breakfast offers a wide variety of tasty options, including meats, cheese, fruits, and breads. a pleasant stay with great facilities.

The sound isolation in the rooms could be improved.

Located in a nice quiet suburb of Paris, this hotel is the perfect base for a star trip. It is near to everything, including a very large shopping center with a large grocery store as well. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with large, comfortable beds and a nice, big bath. The staff are welcoming and friendly, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast offers plenty of choices and is very good.

Some staff members may lack knowledge of the facilities and may not speak English fluently.

I had a fantastic stay! The swimming pool was clean and heated, perfect for a relaxing dip. The breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing, with a great selection of continental and English options, as well as delicious pastries. The hotel's location was also very convenient, making it easy to visit Versailles and Paris by car.

Our room wasn't ready when we arrived, causing a delay. We also had issues with the bed for our child not being in the room and the TV not working.

The staff at this place were incredibly helpful and polite, providing top-notch service throughout my stay. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with amenities such as air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. I enjoyed relaxing on the terrace and taking in the beautiful garden view. The heated swimming pool was also a highlight, perfect for taking a refreshing dip after a long day of exploring.
