This hotel was definitely worth the money. The rooms were spacious and modern, with the added bonus of mineral water in the bathroom. The location was perfect, being in the tourist area and just a short drive away from Hierapolis. The staff were friendly and helpful, despite their limited English.

The breakfast could have been better, with some more variety and options.

I was pleasantly surprised by the small hotel, Termal Ece Otel. The hot mineral water tub in the bathroom was a delightful touch, providing a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. The amenities provided, including a set of thread, needle, and button, showed great attention to detail. The welcome drink and plate of fresh fruit, complete with dessert plates, fork, and excellent knives, added a special touch to the stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, making me feel comfortable and at ease. The spa facilities, though not large, were complete with a hot mineral Jacuzzi, Turkish Bath, and indoor and outdoor swimming pools. The convenient proximity to local shops, restaurants, and the Travertine made exploring easy. I had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this hotel.

Although my stay at Termal Ece Otel was mostly enjoyable, there were a few minor drawbacks. Additionally, some of the cleaning ladies seemed a bit lazy and we had to request new towels and ask multiple times for spa towels.

We had a fantastic stay at Ece Otel. The massage and spa facilities were a real treat and the thermal bath in our room was amazing. The staff made an effort to communicate in English and even packed us a big breakfast to take away on the morning we left. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Located very close to the national park entrance, the hotel is a convenient choice for those wanting to explore the natural wonders of the area. Additionally, it is close to tourist attractions and everything you may need during your stay. The rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds and a balcony. The swimming pools, both inside and outside, are well-maintained and provide a refreshing experience. The staff is friendly and provides excellent customer service.

One negative aspect is that the dinner options in the hotel's restaurant are limited.

Good location by a beautiful park. Four pools, two inside and two outside with thermal water at 40 C. English-speaking office manager. Clean rooms, nice beds, and balcony. Friendly staff, eco-friendly setup. Excellent food, relaxing spa and massage.

Over Xmas we had a great break at a hotel with fantastic complementary breakfast and lovely staff who made us feel very welcome. the hotel is situated in a great location with wonderful surroundings and easy access to local attractions. One of the best aspects was the relaxing spa area with plenty of options to unwind and destress.

Some aspects of the hotel were in need of improvement, specifically the cleanliness of the communal lift and some areas that were not kept to the highest standards. the bedding was a bit rough and not the most comfortable.

The hotel is conveniently located, very close to the national park entrance and right near the town centre. The staff is attentive, professional, and speaks English. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with the added bonus of having a thermal bath in my room.

The cleanliness of the rooms could be improved upon.

As bike riders, we enjoyed the fabulous location, being just 3 km from the white salt springs and 600 meters from the red springs. The hotel's approach towards customers and amazing customer service delighted us. The spa facilities, including indoor and outdoor thermal baths and a hammam, were a great way to relax after a day of biking. The pools were also fantastic, especially the outdoor heated pool, which was perfect for swimming. The hotel's limited rooms made it feel private and not crowded. The hot air balloon ride arranged for us on short notice was a memorable experience. Don't forget to try the smashing local cuisine at Yangeri restaurant, just 250 meters from the hotel.

Felt like family, no complaints.
