We were impressed with the perfect location of the hotel, allowing us to explore the town on foot. The beds were comfortable and the facilities were well-maintained. Additionally, the friendly and helpful staff, especially the manager Yoann, made our stay even more enjoyable. They provided us with maps, information, and recommendations about the town.

The hotel is perfectly located, close to the main attractions but still in a quiet area. It is also conveniently located near the Avignon Centre train station, making it easy to get around. The hotel is situated right in the historical center of the city, allowing guests to easily explore the town on foot. The rooms are comfortable, with good beds and all the necessary facilities. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of choices, including hot items and fresh juice.

One negative aspect is that the hotel does not have its own parking, but they do offer a discount on public car park rates.

mercure in avignon surpassed my expectations during this relaxing holiday. the location, staff, and views were all incredible. everything was within walking distance, making it convenient to explore the city. the room was modern and the breakfast buffet was delicious. definitely recommended!

We had such a great stay at this hotel! The location was absolutely perfect for exploring all the important sites in this city. It's right in the center of everything, and we were able to walk to all the main attractions. The hotel is even inside the underground, so it felt like we were staying in a hidden gem. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and they provided fantastic service throughout our stay. The room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed, including a comfortable bed, heating and air conditioning, and a mini-bar. We also loved that we had a terrace with garden furniture, where we could relax and enjoy the lovely surroundings.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this place.

Complementary wine and cheese, and breakfast were a great touch. the hotel was positioned perfectly close to shops, restaurants, and the river, which made exploring the city very convenient. the staff were exceptionally friendly, which made for a warm atmosphere.

the location was excellent, allowing us to easily walk to all the places we wanted to see in just minutes. the staff at the front reception desk were outstanding and the buffet breakfast had a good selection of options. Mercy Pont D'Avignon Centre even arranged a taxi for our departure and provided a packed food box for us since we had to leave before breakfast started. the new room we had was lovely with a small balcony. a pleasant experience.

I had a fantastic stay at Mercure in Avignon. The location was ideal, being so close to the main sights and shops. The room was comfortable and the fact that it had a bath was a real bonus. I also appreciated the convenience of the public parking right next to the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel for its good value for money and great location.
