The hotel's location is ideal for exploring the city, right beside Taksim Square and very close to the metro station. the breakfast served at the hotel is also good. there are a number of restaurants and a change office nearby which adds to the hotel's convenience.

The friendly and helpful staff made our stay even more enjoyable, always ready to assist and provide information. The daily housekeeping maintained cleanliness in our room, ensuring a pleasant environment for our stay.

I recently stayed at Occidental and had a fantastic experience. The staff, including Salih and Jihan, were incredibly helpful and friendly. The location was perfect, with a quiet street but just 200 meters from Taksim square. The valet parking service was excellent. The rooms were clean and cozy, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel made me feel right at home. It's definitely comparable to many 5-star hotels I've stayed in before.
