The hotel is located in a central area, making it very easy to move around. the breakfast buffet was extensive with a range of options, including hot foods and fresh bread. the staff were friendly and always willing to help in any situation.

The rooms are outdated and need renovation. Some light switches were not working and some sockets were hard to reach.

Just stayed at a fantastic hotel in Reims. the Mercure was perfect for our overnight stay while traveling through France. the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. the hotel is located on the outskirts of the city, close to the motorway network, making it easy for us to continue our journey the next day. We also enjoyed the hotel's outdoor pool, a great way to cool off after a long drive. a great choice when visiting Reims or traveling across France.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they all spoke English. The hotel facilities were modern and had some fun additions like a photo booth and table football. The evening meals and breakfast were superb with a nice selection. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we especially liked the coffee machine and fridge. The location was convenient for our purposes and we were able to park our car easily.
