We recently stayed at a wonderful little hidden hotel tucked away behind a fairly unassuming front. the rooms were comfortable and the staff were super friendly. Parking was available in the interior courtyard and there was a small city grocery store right across the street. the bedding was cozy with a comfortable duvet, and the blackout blinds worked well. We had no shortage of hot water or water pressure. the location was central and within walking distance of the railway station and restaurants/bars.

Couldn't find any faults at all. 😊

We had a great experience staying at Modern'Hotel in Valenciennes. the location is perfect, as it is within walking distance from the railway station and plenty of restaurants and bars. the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. the rooms were comfortable and clean, with a large bathroom and shower. the building itself is quite impressive, with a mix of old charm and modern facilities. We especially enjoyed the delicious French breakfast, which was plentiful and reasonably priced. Modern'Hotel provided us with a convenient, enjoyable stay.

No complaints. 😊
