I particularly enjoyed the small touches, such as the Tassimo coffee machine in my room, which could be customized to provide green tea pods instead. the staff were friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to meet our needs. the breakfast served in a beautiful room, with delightful music playing in the background, was top-notch. the hotel's location in a peaceful neighborhood made for a tranquil stay. the Victoria provided a cozy atmosphere with excellent service and comfortable beds.
