One positive aspect of this hotel is its convenient location close to Geneva international airport. For travelers without their own transport, like myself, this was a huge advantage. Additionally, the staff went above and beyond in providing excellent service. I was particularly impressed with the manager who helped me navigate the local area and even drove me to a nearby food market. Their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile truly made my stay memorable.

All was well during my stay.

I was pleasantly surprised by the helpfulness of the owners during my stay at Motel D'Ornex. They went above and beyond to assist me when I had to return home earlier than planned, despite the language barrier. The friendly staff and clean, comfortable room with a great shower were also impressive. I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

The accommodation had free parking and was located near the airport, making it easy to come and go. the room was cleaned and supplied with fresh towels daily. the free Wi-Fi was a welcome surprise, and the proximity to a grocery store saved me some money.

The shared kitchen was dirty and unorganized. the location was far from the city center, making it difficult to find dining options.

the staff at the motel, especially the friendly lady manager and another staff member, were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us when we had to cut our trip short due to an unexpected problem at home. Despite the language barrier, we managed to communicate effectively and they even provided us with a complimentary breakfast and arranged a limousine as a taxi. the room was clean and comfortable, with a great shower, and there was a useful kitchen area to use.

Nothing to dislike. 😊

Nice surroundings, relaxing atmosphere. Stayed without breakfast but it seemed reasonable. Helpful reception ladies. Manager went above and beyond, driving to the food market and ensuring I found my bus. Good option if visiting Geneva with limited availability.
