The room we stayed in was incredibly spacious and had a beautiful view of the city. We were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location of the hotel was perfect for us, as it was within walking distance of major attractions and shopping areas. We also appreciated the helpfulness and professionalism of the hotel staff.

One drawback was the lack of working phones in our room, which made communication a bit difficult. Additionally, the price we paid for the room seemed a bit high considering the amenities offered.

During my recent stay at Hotel Napoleon, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service and attention to detail. The staff provided me with a complimentary upgrade to their best suite, which came with a wrap-around balcony and breathtaking views of the Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triomphe. The suite was well-appointed and came with a complimentary mini bar and drinks at the bar. The highlight of my stay was enjoying an unforgettable outdoor dinner on the balcony, with the sparkling Eiffel Tower as my backdrop. I was also impressed by the helpfulness of Mr. Niuegn at the front desk, who went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. I highly recommend Hotel Napoleon for its classical services and stunning views.

The location of the hotel was perfect, very close to the metro and bus stations. The champs Eleyse is round the corner with lots of lovely places to eat and shop, the area felt so safe and the staff at the hotel so friendly always smiling with whatever we required. Additionally, being a light sleeper, I appreciated the peace and quiet during the night.

The lack of tea or coffee facilities, iron or ironing board, and limited closet space also made our stay less convenient. Although some plumbing issues were quickly resolved, we expected a higher level of maintenance for a hotel of this rating.

The room at this hotel was absolutely fabulous! It was spacious and had a fantastic view. The bed was incredibly comfortable, I had the best night's sleep. The staff were also really friendly and helpful, making my Christmas stay even more enjoyable. The location was perfect, easy access to all the key attractions and an overall great experience.

The only downside was that there was no coffee maker in the room. The hotel had instant coffee, which was a bit disappointing for a hotel of this caliber.

I recently stayed at the Napoleon hotel for a few nights and it was a truly delightful experience. The location, just a short walk from the Metro and famous landmarks like the Champs Elysee and Arche de Triomphe, was excellent. The staff were friendly and the facilities were well-kept. Despite the compact size of the room, it was thoughtfully designed with amenities like a full-length mirror on the back of the door. The exceptional service and overall charm of the hotel made my stay memorable. I would definitely stay here again if I find myself in the area.

The location was incredible, just a short walk to the Arc de Triomphe, Champs-Elysees, and the metro station. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and our room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were polite and professional, and they even surprised us with a bottle of champagne on our last night.
