Lovely stay in Arles! Spacious and modern top floor room with a beautiful French shutter overlooking the bustling square. The bathroom was spotless and stocked with l'occitane toiletries. The location was perfect, central to everything, and the sense of history was captivating. The friendly staff, especially Wally, made our stay memorable. I highly recommend this hotel for a truly authentic French experience.

The hotel can be a bit difficult to find initially, especially for those unfamiliar with the area.

We loved the hotel's central location right in the square of the historic center. It was so convenient to be close to all the historic sites and within walking distance of everything. The staff was excellent, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, and the facilities were top-notch. Plus, the parking situation was well-handled by the hotel, ensuring our car was taken care of.

This hotel is perfectly located for exploring the heart of the city. the main square is packed with people having a great time. There are plenty of tourist trap restaurants to avoid, but with great recommendations from the staff we found some gems. the rooms are small but nicely decorated, and the bathrooms are modern and large. Breakfast outside overlooking the square adds to the ambiance.

Valet parking was pricey and the roads to get to the main square were tiny and challenging to navigate. while the hotel has a lovely, shabby-chic vibe, the rooms need amping up with more modern amenities like bigger TVs and better sound systems.

The hotel staff were extremely welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home. The room was spacious, well-equipped, and comfortable, providing us with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel also had a variety of amenities, including a restaurant and bar/lounge area, making it convenient for dining and enjoying a drink. The service, from room service to housekeeping, was top-notch and made our stay even more enjoyable.
