We stayed here for a few nights while visiting and were pleasantly surprised. The room comfortably accommodated three of us with ample space. The tram service nearby made it convenient to explore the town center and the coast. There's also a supermarket a short drive away. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the check-in process was easy. The room was clean and well-maintained, and we appreciated the cot provided for our baby. The open reception area and adjacent restaurant were great for dining and breakfast. a great stay with excellent service and facilities.

It was equipped with everything I needed, including extra towels and a travel cot for my little one. The restaurant on-site exceeded all expectations, and I was grateful for the delicious food after a long day. I also appreciated the convenience of the pool, which was open until late and perfect for unwinding after a tiring journey.

Fantastic breakfast buffet with lots of options, luxurious and spacious room, helpful and friendly staff, free parking

It was all superb.

The breakfast buffet had a fantastic selection of bread, pastries, and jams. Plus, the coffee from the machine was decent. We also enjoyed the crispy upsidedown pear tart offered in the restaurant. the free parking made it convenient for us as we had a car.

The location was not very central, making walking limited without a car. There was also no coffee maker in the room, and the kettle with instant coffee was not to our liking.

Convenient location for visiting Festy Land, with a short taxi ride to the city center. Comfortable room with ample space for three people. Helpful and friendly staff. Nice pool to relax in after a long drive. No breakfast due to early departure.

The restaurant food at Novotel was lovely and the buffet breakfast was amazing - and the kids ate FREE! The front desk staff were excellent - very friendly and helpful. The pool was very well needed after a hot day at Juno Beach.

The room was spacious and well-equipped, with a clean and modern bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful, offering recommendations for local restaurants and arranging taxis. The breakfast provided a good variety of options. Additionally, the hotel offered USB connections in the headboard and had good air conditioning for hot days.

The restaurant was unfortunately closed during our stay.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, the rooms were luxurious and spacious, the restaurant exceeded expectations with delicious food and accommodating options for dietary restrictions, the hotel was easily accessible from the main autoroute and had a clean outdoor swimming pool.
