Friendly and knowledgeable receptionists made our visit smooth. We enjoyed the centrally located hotel, and the clean quadruple room was perfect for our family, especially with our toddler. Breakfast was hearty enough to keep everyone satisfied for a busy day ahead.

My kids wished for more play area options.

Street noise is quite disruptive, especially with trams running late into the night. There's also a lack of air conditioning, making warmer nights less comfortable.

Location is spot on, just a stroll to the Rathaus. Chommie at reception was a star, gave us tips for a nice café nearby, and really felt like she cared. The brekkie was proper with nice options to fuel the day!

The central location made it easy to explore nearby attractions, and the spacious room was equipped with comfortable beds and a mini bar for convenience. Although there was no air conditioning, a ceiling fan helped during the warm nights. Unfortunately, noise from the street and trams could be disruptive, especially early in the morning. The nearby bakery was a delightful find, offering delicious pastries just steps from the hotel.

The absence of air conditioning makes hot weather unbearable!!! Noise from late-night trams disrupts sleep, and the unhelpful reception staff add to the frustration!!! The lack of proper soundproofing can be quite annoying during the night!!!

I really enjoyed my stay since it was just a few steps from the stunning Maison Mozart and a short walk from the beautiful Perlach Tower, making my city strolls truly delightful. the staff was friendly and made my visit smooth. I found excellent value here with clean rooms and great service.

The room temperature could be improved. it got quite warm at times. Also, the soundproofing wasn’t great, as we could hear some street noise.
