Excellent customer service

During our stay at Novotel, we were impressed by the exceptional customer service we received. The housekeeping staff went above and beyond to find and return a lost item that we had accidentally left behind. They contacted us promptly and arranged for the item to be sent back to Australia with just a small fee. This level of care and attention truly exceeded our expectations. despite a few minor drawbacks, we would highly recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at this place and had a fantastic experience. The bed was incredibly comfortable and gave me a good night's sleep. The room was impeccably clean, and I appreciated the quietness, which allowed me to relax and unwind. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service throughout my stay. The location was also very convenient, as it was right next to the train station and within walking distance to the university. The restaurant served delicious food, and the staff were accommodating when I wanted to practice my novice French. I had a luxurious and comfortable stay at this hotel.

Good bathroom amenities, spacious room, lacks furniture. Helpful staff, great English. Near train and bus station, 10-minute walk to town. Request for close rooms granted, interconnecting rooms available. Good quality food, served quickly. Would stay again. 👍

Been to a hotel in the city center that offered everything that I needed, plus more! Their interactive games and toys for guests with young kids kept them entertained while I was busy. They also had a prime location that made exploring the city so much easier. the staff was friendly and welcoming, making me feel at home.

While the hotel itself was exceptional, the surrounding area was not as desirable. There seemed to be some unrest in the city with people protesting, which made the atmosphere a bit tense.

The hotel's convenient location next to the train station and school made it perfect for our visit. The proximity to the city center was a bonus. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

The location of the hotel is perfect for those travelling by public transport, as it is conveniently situated in the heart of the center. With a tram line right outside the hotel, it is easy to reach downtown and explore the city. Additionally, being right in the center of Grenoble means that guests have easy access to restaurants, shops, and other amenities.

The limited menu options and the poor presentation of the menu made it difficult for guests to find something appealing to eat. Furthermore, the service during breakfast was not up to standard, with guests left to figure out where to sit and the buffet being cleared before the allotted time.
