Great staff, very welcoming and professional, always ready to help. Good location, close to main routes and convenient for a road trip. Enjoyed the warm and relaxed atmosphere of the lobby, bar, and restaurant. The breakfast was of good quality and offered a variety of options. The swimming pool, although in need of some improvements, was convenient for parents with children.

Some areas of the hotel were in need of maintenance and cleanliness. The room had a damp smell and could have been better ventilated.

This hotel is located on the outskirts of Nantes, providing a peaceful and quiet atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities such as air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a flat-screen TV. The staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay. I especially loved the indoor swimming pool, perfect for a relaxing dip after a long day. The hotel also had a lovely garden area, great for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning.

Despite the slightly tired appearance of the room, the heating and shower were in good working condition. The evening dinner served at the hotel's restaurant was of high quality, and the English TV channel provided entertainment during my stay.

I had a wonderful stay at Novotel in Carquefou. The hotel is located in a quiet business estate and offers secure on-site parking. The newly refurbished rooms are comfortable with modern decor and amenities such as a big screen TV and free wifi. The unheated swimming pool was a refreshing treat during the hot weather. The staff were welcoming and friendly, despite the ongoing refurbishment. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and quiet stay.
