I recently stayed at a hotel in Paris and had a wonderful experience. The staff at the front desk, especially Marie, were incredibly kind and helpful. They provided us with valuable information on where to go and what to avoid with our children. The hotel was exceptionally clean, which is always important to us. The rest of the staff were also polite and always had a smile on their faces. The location of the hotel was perfect, near the Bercy Metro Station, making it easy for us to visit all the points of interest in the city. I highly recommend this hotel, especially because of the exceptional service from Marie.

The hotel had a great location, just steps away from the metro station, making it very convenient for exploring the city. The rooms were nice and clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. We also enjoyed the variety of options available at breakfast, which included a good selection of food.

There were a couple of negative aspects to our stay. the air conditioning in the room seemed to struggle at night, making it quite hot and uncomfortable.

Our stay at Novotel was a great experience. The location was convenient, with easy access to the metro and major attractions. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast had a good variety of choices. Despite a small issue on arrival, the staff quickly resolved it and provided a better room. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The breakfast at Novotel was excellent and definitely worth the money. Our room was comfortable and had great amenities such as a coffee maker. We had an issue with the toilet but it was promptly resolved once we called reception. The location was also great, with easy access to the metro and nearby restaurants.

We had a fantastic stay at this place! The location is perfect for attending concerts at the nearby Accor Arena or if you arrive at the Paris Bercy station. The metro station is also conveniently close, allowing for easy access to all the attractions in the city. The hotel itself exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort and pleasantness, even more so than what the photos on the website portrayed. The service was excellent, despite the language barrier, and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. The amenities in the room were top-notch, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The restaurant and bar area were great for relaxing in, and the staff provided a children's menu and even balloon creations for the little ones. a truly enjoyable and convenient stay!

We're pretty pleased with how the location of this hotel worked out for our business trip – it's very convenient for those travelling by train with its proximity to train stations. The hotel is also located near the Metro, making it easy to explore Paris's most popular sights. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants in the area, so food options are covered.

While some of the reception staff was great, others could improve their communication skills and customer service.

Great location, right next to the metro station with easy access to attractions. Staff were friendly and helpful, and there was a luggage storage room available. Room was clean and comfortable, with a separate toilet and bathroom. Good breakfast selection with fresh bread and drinks. Enjoyed the free gifts for kids and special touches for our anniversary.

We had a really lovely time at this place. The hotel is incredibly convenient and located just a short walk from the metro station which made getting around so easy. The service was top-notch with room service and housekeeping always going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. The amenities in the room were also a nice touch, including the ironing facilities and tea and coffee making facilities.

The breakfast was enjoyable and provided many choices. the proximity to the nearby concert venue was convenient for attending shows.

The hotel was overpriced and the food and drinks were expensive. The bathroom sink had a terrible odor and was unpleasant to use.

We had a fantastic time at Novotel! The location was perfect for attending an event at the nearby Accor Arena, and the metro station right in front of the hotel made exploring the city a breeze. The underground car park made it convenient for parking and getting to the hotel with our luggage. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient with easy access to the Metro for exploring Paris.
