my summer holiday in fukuoka was made even better thanks to forza hakata-guchi. the hotel's location near hakata station was super convenient, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. the staff were friendly and the breakfast buffet was delicious. highly recommend!

Wifi sign-in a hassle.

I absolutely loved the location of this hotel! Being very close to the JR station made it super convenient for transportation. The fact that it is just off Hakata Station Exit West 8 is a big plus. The rooms were small but well appointed and very clean, which I appreciated. It was a new hotel, so everything felt fresh and in great condition.

No complaints.

this stay at forza hakata-guchi was amazing! the comfy beds, spacious room, and helpful staff exceeded my expectations. it was even better than my previous stay in fukuoka. everything was perfect.

One minor thing was the tv volume.

the hotel's location near a major transport hub was perfect for getting around. There were plenty of stores and restaurants in the area, making it convenient for dining and shopping. the hotel itself was modern and new, with amenities such as an Alexa smart clock and an iPad as an info booklet. the room was a reasonable size and had comfortable beds with a choice of pillow types. I especially appreciated the numerous USB sockets for charging our devices.

The rooms could be slightly bigger for the price.

Incredible location just across the street from Hakata station and surrounded by shopping malls, restaurants, and other amenities. Rooms on the 7th and 9th floor are equipped with a humidifier and small sink. The breakfast service is great, with freshly fried eggs made upon request.

No negative aspects to mention, this hotel was great!

We enjoyed our stay overall due to the hotel's convenient location near transportation services and nightlife. the complimentary chocolate and coffee in the lobby were a nice touch. the hotel offered local cell phones within each room, which allowed us to stay connected without paying additional fees.

The room size was smaller than expected, which made it a bit uncomfortable for us to move around. the bed was not spacious enough for two people.

We loved the location of Forza Hakata-Guchi. There were many shops, restaurants and bars within walking distance. The room was comfortable and clean. We especially enjoyed the foot massager and mini face steamer. we would recommend this hotel.

The hotel had a great location, just a short walk to the train station and other attractions. the rooms were clean and modern, and the bathroom was spacious. I also loved the complimentary coffee and hot chocolate in the lobby.

One negative aspect was the lack of a frequent customer discount or program. It would have been nice to have some sort of reward for staying here multiple times.

The new hotel, clean and smells good. Good service, polite staff, convenient location near train station. Massage chair in the room, spacious with plenty of outlets. Free wifi and coffee.

For us it was ideal.
