I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location couldn't be better, with the town center and metro available just a short walk away. The hotel is also conveniently close to the bus station, making it easy to explore further afield. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, especially the receptionist. They made me feel right at home and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped with amenities like a mini-bar and in-room safe. I also loved the spa and wellness center, which offered a range of relaxing treatments like massages and facials. Plus, the indoor swimming pool was a great way to unwind after a busy day of sightseeing. All in all, this place exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it.

We had a fantastic stay at a great hotel. The room at Novotel was spacious and comfortable, exceeding our expectations. The staff was very helpful and the location was perfect, with easy access to the metro and a short walk to the town center. The nearby restaurants were excellent in terms of food, staff, style, and value. Plus, being just a few minutes' walk from the language center was a bonus. we had a top-notch experience.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a great bed ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff are friendly and attentive, offering excellent service. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options, catering to different preferences.

There have been some issues with the bar service, as mentioned in one of the reviews. It seems that the bar staff may not be adequately trained in making cocktails, resulting in subpar drinks and long waiting times.

Big, modern and clean room with a comfortable bed. the fitness and wellness facilities were small but enjoyable, with a hammam and a pool available. the hotel had a great location, very close to both the train station and the subway.

Housekeeping was not perfect, as there were some remains of the previous guests left on the floor. There was also a slight issue with the shower pressure, but it was still functional.
