The beds were extremely comfortable and spotlessly clean, providing a great night's sleep. The towels in the room were as good as new, and the kitchenette area with a sink, microwave and fridge was incredibly useful for our fussy eater. The hotel's proximity to the town made it a convenient choice for exploring. Additionally, the room size was good, and the sliding privacy partition was a brilliant idea, allowing us to use the facilities without disturbing our sleeping children. The self-contained bathroom suite was clean and spacious, with a very good shower. The windows effectively blocked out the noise from the busy road below, providing a peaceful environment. We also found the parking to be convenient.

We stayed at a hotel that catered well for families and had a good quality breakfast included. The rooms were comfortable, similar to other Novotels we've stayed in before. The location was by the riverfront, a 15-minute walk from downtown. While we were hoping to be in the medieval town, we didn't realize the distance beforehand. However, if you are aware of this, it's a great place to stay. Parking outside the hotel is free, and they also have a garage available.

We had a lovely one-night stay at this hotel. the room was clean, quiet, and had comfortable beds. the underground car park was spacious and easy to access. We enjoyed some drinks at the bar and purchased delicious quiches from the Boutique Gourmande. Breakfast had a good variety of choices, including hot options like bacon, sausage, and eggs. the staff made us feel welcome and the overall experience was pleasant. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Rouen.
