The breakfast was filling with a variety of options. The double windows minimized the train noise outside. The staff was helpful when we accidentally locked ourselves out of our room. Overall I recommend this hotel.

The communication and customer service at this hotel were extremely disappointing. During my stay, there were two false fire alarms while I was asleep, and there was no follow-up communication or apology.

Being right next to the Eurostar train station, this place was very convenient for my travels. The room amenities, including the heating and air conditioning, were impressive.
