We got great value for our money with a light-filled, sunny apartment that had gorgeous original paintings on the walls. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the old town with views of the beach, and the staff treated us so well.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast selection better was having a wider variety of options available.

The view from both the living area and bedrooms was absolutely breathtaking, with a million-dollar view of the sparkling blue ocean and beautiful coastline. Starting each morning with a cup of coffee on the balcony, taking in the unforgettable view, was pure bliss. The apartment itself was spacious, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen and even beach towels. The location couldn't have been better, with grocery stores, markets, restaurants, and the beach just a short walk away. Carin, our host, was incredibly welcoming and helpful. We will definitely be dreaming about our time here until we can return.

I had the most incredible stay at a historic building where Napoleon once stayed. The entrance of the palais was absolutely stunning, with its beautiful painted ceilings and grandiose staircase. My room, with a breathtaking sea view, was bright, colorful, and tastefully decorated. The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The location couldn't have been better, right next to the Opera and the vibrant Salaya flower market. It truly doesn't get any better than this!

While I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, I did encounter a few minor inconveniences. The kitchenette could have had a few more essentials, such as salt, pepper, paper towels, and scissors.

Good Wi-Fi, AC, and a well-equipped kitchen. Madame Vallet was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. Definitely exceeded my expectations in this vibrant area of Nice.

The noise from the surrounding bars at night can be disruptive for light sleepers.

This place is a hidden gem! It's smack dab in the center of the old town, and you couldn't ask for a better location. Plus, it's right on the sea side of the building, so you'll have the most incredible view of the Promenade des Anglais. The rooms are fully equipped and clean, and the funky apartment adds a unique touch to your stay.

The bathroom could use some updating, but it's a minor detail compared to all the amazing things this place has to offer.
