One particular instance stands out - when my Uber didn't show up, the hotel staff quickly arranged a taxi for me, ensuring that I wouldn't be late for my appointment. It was such a relief to have their support during my stay.

Such a thoughtful gesture made our day extra special. The staff also made sure our request for a refrigerator to store my husband's insulin was met. Complementary drinks were a nice touch and the welcome cookies were delicious. the hotel was located within walking distance of several restaurants and attractions. It was also great to have a complimentary shuttle service available to take us to nearby locations.

The room was not cleaned properly and the bathroom had a moldy smell. the air conditioning did not work properly and the room was uncomfortably warm.

the staff were so friendly and helpful, greeting me every time I entered the lobby. They even provided umbrellas when it was raining. the location was perfect, with the Eiffel Tower just a short walk away and plenty of great restaurant options nearby. I was even given a room on the top floor with a breathtaking view of the twinkling lights of the tower at night. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious with a variety of hot food and pastries.
