The hotel is conveniently located near a metro station and a lively village with shops, cinema, and eateries. the room size was spacious and comfortable, with a proper desk and a lounge sofa. the shower was great, especially during the cold weather. It was also nice to have a hot shower. Additionally, the hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The hotel's location was a bit far from the city center, which required taking transportation all the time. It was not within walking distance of popular landmarks like the Eiffel Tower, which made it a bit inconvenient.

The location was perfect as it was near a shopping centre, cafes, metro station, and bus stop. It was so convenient to have everything we needed within walking distance. We enjoyed exploring the lively Bercy area and found plenty of great restaurants just next to the hotel in Bercy village. The staff here were extremely friendly and accommodating. They made us feel welcome and were always ready to assist us with any requests or questions we had. The service was top-notch, from the informative check-in process to the prompt room service. We were also impressed with the extensive breakfast menu and the omelette station was a real treat.

The reception desk seemed a bit overwhelmed and not very attentive, which made us feel like they weren't interested in assisting us as guests.
