I traveled for a high school baseball game and stayed one night at Tru by Hilton. the room design was thoughtful, featuring hooks instead of drawers, and the bathroom had a fantastic shower with good lighting. the blackout curtains and quiet A/C led to a peaceful night's sleep. the lobby's game area was a nice touch, and the complimentary breakfast was delicious.

Can just recommend this hotel.

I keep coming back for holidays. They gave me a drink once. Everything I need is here: Wi-Fi, off-site car park, luggage storage. Also, fitness center, laundry, flat-screen TV.

Room size was small, only fitting 1 suitcase, lacking a closet or coffee. Check-in staff weren't overly friendly, and some areas needed better cleaning, like shower corners with mildew.

Loved the clean and modern atmosphere. the hotel had a great activity area for families to sit and play games. the location was perfect, very easy to get around to all the main areas we needed to go to. the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options for everyone.

The room we were given needed a bit of attention. There were small pieces of wood chipped off the headboard and no trash bags for the trash cans.
