The staff at the hotel were attentive, professional, and always greeted with a smile. The hotel is conveniently located near the Eiffel Tower and public transportation. The room I stayed in had a stunning view of the sunrise and was spacious and well-laid out. The breakfast offered a variety of options and was delicious.

The Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel offers a unique experience with its modern architecture and iconic Eiffel Tower view from most rooms, including a balcony. The room I stayed in was well-cleaned and very spacious, providing a serene atmosphere that was perfect for relaxation.

The cleanliness of the balcony carpet was slightly disappointing. While the room itself was clean and quiet, the balcony's carpet could have been better maintained to match the overall standard of the hotel.

Bedding issue for pull-out couch.

Cleanliness and facilities were top-notch. The hotel had a free computer suite. Transportation options were convenient, with a taxi rank outside and a nearby metro station. The location was unbeatable, just a stone's throw away from the Eiffel Tower.

I had a great one-night stay at Pullman. The staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early without extra charges. They quickly resolved an issue with ants in our initial room by offering us a new one on a lower level. The hotel's location next to the Eiffel Tower was perfect, with easy access to major attractions. The room was modern and comfortable, with a fantastic rain shower and an iPad for ordering room service and controlling the TV. The hotel also had convenient facilities like computers and printers in the lobby.

We stayed in a lovely hotel located in a quiet area close to the Eiffel Tower which gave its view from the Octopus restaurant. The room was spacious with a stunning view of the city and the bathroom, spotless with excellent amenities. The restaurant was excellent with phenomenal food, and the staff was friendly and spoke English.

The hotel needs to improve their check-in process for the convenience of their guests.

The staff treated us like family, with special mention to the lady who poured hot chocolate for my kids every day and made us feel at home.
