Spacious room and bathroom, fantastic location in the midst of vineyards, delicious dinner, and charming historic building with wooden floors. The wifi was surprisingly fast, and the staff at reception were incredibly helpful. The quiet and beautiful surroundings, along with the nearby village, made for a perfect getaway. We would definitely return.

The staff at The Originals Relais in Saint-Hippolyte were incredibly attentive and resolved any issues promptly. They even provided me with a clean new bathrobe when one was missing from my room. The sauna and hammam were a delightful way to relax after a long day of exploring Alsace. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a delightful one-night stay at Hotel Val-Vignes, The Originals Relais. The hotel's panoramic view of vineyards and the old village was breathtaking. Its unique character blended old-world charm with modern comforts. The spacious rooms with tall windows were a treat, and the staff were pleasant and professional. We enjoyed exploring the walking and biking trails and visiting the castle at the top of the hill. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Surrounded by lush vineyards, the comfortable rooms were surprisingly spacious, with big bathrooms. the hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay an unforgettable experience.

The hotel lacked air conditioning, which was an issue during the summer heat. the church bells next door were quite loud, interrupting our sleep early in the morning.

the location of the hotel, nestled in the vineyards of Saint-Hippolyte, was stunning. the views from the hotel, especially from our front-facing room, were beautiful. We could see the charming town below and the picturesque valley. the staff at the hotel, including the gentleman who served breakfast, were incredibly helpful and kind. They went out of their way to make sure we had a plentiful and delicious breakfast each morning. the food in the restaurant was excellent, although a bit expensive. the head waiter, who also doubled as a wine waiter, recommended some fantastic local wines. the cleanliness of the bedrooms, along with the comfortable beds and nice towels and sheets, made our stay even more enjoyable. I was delighted with the hotel and would definitely go back for a longer stay. It provided a peaceful and relaxing ambiance, and the location was convenient for exploring the area.

The hotel provided a tranquil and peaceful environment, with lovely vineyard views and a small village location. The hotel's high position on the hills offered breathtaking balcony views. The hotel was well-run and felt brand new, with beautiful furnishings and a safe atmosphere. The staff was friendly and professional, and the restaurant food was excellent, even for a vegetarian. The breakfast buffet was well-stocked and fresh, and I enjoyed exploring the small village. it's a great place to stay for a central location on the Alsace wine road.

The location, on top of the hill with stunning views of the town and vineyards, was simply breathtaking. It was the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Parking was easy and convenient, allowing us to explore the nearby villages and enjoy wine tastings and leisurely strolls in the evenings.
