We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the heart of the city. The location couldn't have been better as it was close to all the main attractions and surrounded by a wide range of restaurants and shops. The hotel had two fabulous balcony views, which added to our overall experience. The staff were friendly and attentive.

The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. the location of the hotel was excellent, close to all the main attractions and within walking distance of the city center. the noise from the street outside was quite loud at times, especially during the New Year celebration. the breakfast options were quite limited and could have been more varied.

The beds were comfortable, and despite some minor issues with sound-proofing, the room was quiet. The staff was helpful and the room was clean. The highlight of our stay was the incredible breakfast, with a variety of breads, cheeses, and jams. We also appreciated the artistic touch of the pictures and poems on the staircases.

The location of this hotel is perfect, right in the centre of the old part of the city. It was amazing to be within a 10-15 minutes walk to all the Avignon in-and-off festival events. Additionally, the rooms were a good size and very comfortable, with all modern conveniences. I especially appreciated the attention to detail, such as the tea/coffee tray and electric jug provided in the room. The breakfast at this hotel was also delicious and plenty, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Considering the value for money, prices, and basic amenities, my stay here was a great experience overall.

Had a pleasant time. the breakfast was delicious, with little tastes of the region, and several items could be purchased to bring home. the convenient location allowed me to walk everywhere and explore the city's historic center. the staff was pleasant and always willing to help.

The curtains had a strong smell, probably due to a little cleaning. the worst part was when I needed to catch an early train and booked a taxi through the hotel, it didn't show up and the staff couldn't reach them by phone.
