We were delighted with the warm welcome we received upon arrival. The owners of the hotel were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. Despite our late arrival due to unexpected protests in the area, they were understanding and accommodating.

The room itself was clean and of a high standard. Although there were a few minor issues, such as poor lighting and limited storage space, they did not overshadow the overall positive experience.

I had the pleasure of staying at Le Haut Des Lys during my recent trip to the beautiful Loire Valley. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly greeted by the owner and his family, which immediately set the tone for a wonderful stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, with modern furnishings that added a touch of elegance. The location was perfect, as it was within walking distance of the stunning Villandry Castle. I also appreciated the convenience of the onsite parking, which made exploring the area hassle-free.

We had such a delightful stay at this hotel. The attention to detail was fantastic, from the beautifully laid out facilities to the comfortable beds in the spacious rooms. The location, perched at the top of a hill, provided stunning views of the nearby gardens of Villandry. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, making us feel welcome throughout our entire stay. And let's not forget the breakfast - it was a real treat, with the freshest local ingredients imaginable.

The hotel was conveniently located within walking distance of the town center, yet somehow still managed to provide a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. the breakfast was delightful, especially the freshly baked croissants. We also appreciated the outdoor seating area of our room, perfect for enjoying the Easter sunshine.

the bathroom could have used some updating as the bathtub was quite slippery and lacked a safety rail. However, we enjoyed our trip overall and would consider staying here again.

This hotel offers great value for money, with prices that won't break the bank. The attention to detail is impeccable, from the beautifully maintained garden to the modern and well-equipped rooms in the annex. The hotel's location at the top of a hill provides stunning views of the surrounding area, including the famous garden of Villandry.

All was just perfect.

Wonderful family, kind and helpful owners, tasty continental breakfast, fresh eggs, small meat and cheese selection with wine.
