Great location right opposite the metro station. It was so convenient for us to explore the city and visit popular attractions like the Eiffel Tower. We also enjoyed the nearby shops and restaurants. The staff at Le Relais Saint Charles were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Although the bed was slightly hard, it was still comfortable enough for a good night's sleep. I would recommend this hotel for its great location and value for money.

This hotel is in an amazing location, just across the street from the metro and not too far from the Eiffel Tower. The rooms are clean and spacious with great facilities, and some even offer a superior Eiffel Tower view. We could easily walk to the Eiffel tower and other attractions, or take the metro to places like the Louvre or Pompidou center. We had a fantastic stay at Le Relais Saint Charles. The location was ideal, with the metro right outside and within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower. The Wednesday market set up beneath our window added to the magic of our stay. The employees were amazing, friendly, and provided us with great recommendations. The beds were comfortable, the room and toilet were clean, and the tea/coffee making facilities were good. it was a wonderful experience.

The hotel’s location was perfect for exploring the city, with the metro station right at our doorstep and plenty of cozy restaurants nearby. The hotel's lounge area was particularly inviting and cozy, making it the perfect spot to curl up with a book between outings.

The room was small and the bathroom was not as modern as we would have liked. the noise from the metro station could be heard from our room, making it difficult for sensitive sleepers to rest.

The staff at the front desk were amazing. They were so sweet and helpful, especially when my husband got sick. The hotel was also very clean and in a great location. The metro station was right across the street, and it only took a few blocks to walk to the main attractions. And one of the best things was the stunning view of the Eiffel Tower from our room. It was absolutely breathtaking, especially at night when it sparkled.

The bed was a bit too firm for my liking, but my daughter loved it and found it to be the most comfortable bed of our entire trip. , the shuttle bus service provided by the hotel was not a good experience.
