Plus, the delicious breakfast with fresh bread and pastries is a great way to start the day.

The room rates could be more affordable given the basic and slightly outdated room decor.

We had a fantastic stay at Residence Du Pre! The location was perfect, just a short walk from Gare du Nord and close to central Paris. Very central location with plenty of bars and shops nearby. Charming old-style residence with all the essentials for a short stay. Comfy bed and pillows, in a quiet neighborhood. Conveniently close to metro stations and train stations.

The hotel was reasonably priced and the staff were very friendly and welcoming with excellent local knowledge. We really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the location was fantastic - right near all of the best restaurants and cafes. the room itself was clean and comfortable, although a bit small.

The walls were quite thin so we could hear everything going on in the neighboring rooms. the amenities were quite basic which was a disappointment - it felt like we weren't getting the full experience we were hoping for.

Although it was a bit of a walk from Gare Du Nord Station, the peaceful surroundings made it worth it. We appreciated the helpful and friendly staff, the clean and well-equipped rooms, and the convenience of the nearby metro station. We'll definitely be back for our next stay in the city!
