The staff were friendly and helpful. Great location, close to conference, train station, and shops. Relatively quiet. Clean rooms. Convenient supermarket nearby. Boujee and safe atmosphere. Close to public transport. Would stay again.

Our recent stay at Toujours & Spa was a pleasant experience. The Sri Lankan guy in the dining area was accommodating and helpful. We also appreciated the caring and helpful staff, especially with our late arrival. The location was convenient and the interior of the hotel had a stylish design. Despite a few drawbacks, such as road works in the area and some issues with the room, overall I would recommend this hotel.

We appreciated our stay here at this hotel. The best point of this place is the design, which is very nice and the lobby is welcoming. The staff was attentive, and there was always someone at the reception, which is a good point. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, not too touristy. The location is great, as it is close to the tube and also the Arc de triomphe. Additionally, the hotel offers a range of amenities, including an indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and Turkish bath. The room amenities were excellent, including an electric kettle, in-room safe, and free toiletries. we had a pleasant experience at this hotel and would recommend it to everyone.

The staff did not carry out a request that was sent to them for when my wife and I arrived, despite them asking in an email if there was anything they could do for our arrival. Additionally, one staff member we encountered seemed insipid and did not seem to like her job or understand customer service.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our romantic escape, as it was conveniently close to the metro station. The staff at the hotel were kind and welcoming, making us feel comfortable during our stay. Additionally, the rooms were beautifully decorated, adding to the romantic ambiance.

There were some aspects of our stay that we did not enjoy. The water in the shower was inconsistent, constantly switching between extremely hot and cold temperatures.

The Spa was amazing and cozy. Spacious, modern shower. Good quality shampoo and soap. Air conditioning. Lots of USB and charging ports. Tasty breakfast with quality products. Kind and caring staff.

Stayed for one night on a business trip. Perfect location, surprise leisure facilities, love the design, cozy and very clean. Staff, though some can’t speak English, is still very helpful and friendly. Fresh bottle of water daily in the room.

The property was nice and cozy, with clean rooms and comfortable beds. The location was perfect, just 50m from the metro station and 200m from the AirFrance Bus station. There was a Carrefour supermarket conveniently located across the road. Paris center was also within walking distance, just a 1/2 hour walk from the hotel. the hotel had a great location and provided good value for money.

The location of this hotel is fantastic. It is quite near everything which is good. It is right next to a metro station on a great line so you can get around really easily. The hotel is also very close to Metro line 1.

The receptionist seemed insipid and did not provide good customer service.

We had a great Thanksgiving experience staying in this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. Plus, the room was clean and comfortable and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.

The only negative aspect of our stay was that the heating in the room was not working properly, making it slightly uncomfortable at times. the breakfast options were a bit limited, and there were no complimentary options available.
