We had an amazing stay at a centrally located apartment in Santarem. The apartment was clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated. The location was perfect, as it was in the heart of the city and close to everything we required. The bathroom was luxurious and bright, with plenty of wardrobe space. The kitchen was well-equipped, with a high-quality coffee machine. The pool area looked wonderful and there were lots of seating options in the courtyard.

The impersonal check-in procedure felt cold, lacking the warmth that created the inviting interiors.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of town, making it easy for us to explore everything we wanted to see. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, and the facilities were fantastic. The parking options were convenient, and we didn't have any trouble finding a spot for our car. Additionally, the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, always available to assist us with any questions or concerns. this hotel exceeded our expectations and provided everything we required for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I stayed at A Casa Brava for 3 nights and it was perfect - spacious, bright, spotlessly clean, very comfortable, secure, well equipped. The bed and pillows were the best, and there was great wardrobe space. The bathroom was spacious, luxurious, and bright. The kitchen had everything I needed in good working order and very good quality. The pool and courtyard seating were amazing. The Delta Q coffee machine in the house was fantastic, and the welcome bottle of wine was excellent. The location was perfect and the restaurant recommendations were very good. I would definitely stay again if in the area.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the apartment was impeccable. The beautifully decorated and appointed rooms made us feel right at home. The hotel facilities, especially the swimming area, were fabulous. The generosity of the staff was evident with a bottle of delicious white wine and a small round of tasty cheese awaiting us in the fridge. The location was great for exploring the surrounding area, with easy access to transportation. the staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The 1 bedroom apartment was clean, comfortable, and felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect for exploring Central Portugal, and having a rental car made it even easier to get around. The apartment had everything we needed, including a large modern bathroom and a well-equipped kitchen. The peaceful atmosphere provided a calm and relaxing environment. We loved the original floors, doors, and casings that added a touch of character to the space. The welcome basket was a warm and thoughtful gesture. The only drawback we experienced was the impersonal check-in procedure. It was all done online with automated messages, which felt a bit cold compared to the warmth that was evident in the interior design.
