The location is perfect, just a few blocks away from the train station, in the center of this city, close to the shopping street, and in a historical building. The staff is exceptional - they communicate with you via WhatsApp, which is more personal, and they offer services like shuttle service, dry cleaning, and even pet amenities. The room amenities are also great with in-room safes, flat-screen TVs, and kitchen facilities.

The staff was incredibly professional and helpful throughout our time there. the room was clean and comfortable, with a super comfy bed and plenty of hot water in the shower. the little kitchen was a great bonus for cooking meals, and the WiFi worked really well. the location was fantastic, with easy access to the train station, restaurants, and shopping. We also enjoyed the beautiful view of the city from our room. it was a restful and enjoyable stay.

During my Thanksgiving stay, I enjoyed the complementary morning coffee and tea as well as the cozy lobby with a pool table. the location was perfect, just a few blocks away from the main street and yet very peaceful at night. the room had everything I needed for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Although I had a great experience, I noticed there were no hooks in the bathroom to hang clothes while taking a shower. some of the cues in the lobby were a bit worn out and could use some updating.

The check-in process was quick and easy. the location of the hotel is perfect, with plenty of restaurants nearby and within walking distance to the main attractions and train station. Our executive studio was spacious and the beds were comfortable. the shower had great water pressure, and we appreciated the provided coffee pods, tea, and cold water. we had a wonderful weekend getaway and would highly recommend this place.

The beautiful garden was a bonus, although I wish I had more time to enjoy it. The downstairs lounge was impressively presented, showcasing a concept and furnishings that even impressed me as an interior designer. The bed was comfy, and the shutters were perfect for blocking out light. Despite being close to everything, the apartment was very quiet. I received a friendly welcome upon early arrival, and there were supermarkets and nice bars/restaurants just minutes away. Additionally, the tram L2 for the airport was conveniently located within a short walk. this was one of the best apartment hotels I have ever stayed at, and I highly recommend it to fellow travelers.
