The staff is exceptional - they communicate with you via WhatsApp, which is more personal, and they offer services like shuttle service, dry cleaning, and even pet amenities. The room amenities are also great with in-room safes, flat-screen TVs, and kitchen facilities.

The downstairs lounge was impressively presented, showcasing a concept and furnishings that even impressed me as an interior designer. The bed was comfy, and the shutters were perfect for blocking out light. Despite being close to everything, the apartment was very quiet. I received a friendly welcome upon early arrival, and there were supermarkets and nice bars/restaurants just minutes away. Additionally, the tram L2 for the airport was conveniently located within a short walk. this was one of the best apartment hotels I have ever stayed at, and I highly recommend it to fellow travelers.
