Excellent access to Philly's top attractions & dining options

I really enjoyed my stay in this downtown hotel, where everything from the Mutter Museum, almost 1 km away, to Independence Hall, around 1.6 km away, was easily walkable, and I found great restaurants like Davio's and Gran Caffe L'Aquila just a few steps away, plus the staff were pleasant and the rooms cozy with comfy beds, but it could definitely benefit from having more recycling options available.

Staff were helpful and accommodating. The room was upgraded for free with a nice view and had a kitchen, which was a great bonus.

It wasn't inexpensive, but it was still worth it.

Ugh, I had such a rough time at this hotel. The noise was unbearable—literally everything from loud moaning to banging echoed all night long. I barely got any sleep, and the room layout was super awkward too. Just frustrating!

Great location! Close to attractions and even a Rite Aid next door. Room was comfy and well-arranged. Air conditioning worked great. Loved the water machines on each floor. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Fitness center was a nice bonus. Efficient check-in on iPads. Just missed having tea-making stuff in the room.

The room was spacious with a nice layout, though the entry felt cramped. Soundproofing could be improved; I could hear noise from neighboring rooms and the hall. The bed was comfortable, and temperature control was effective. amenities were lacking—my lamp and charging station were broken, and the toilet design was awkward. I appreciated the hot water available for tea, but having a kettle in-room would have been a plus. Accessibility features weren't ideal; the bathroom had a high entry step, which posed a challenge. Staff were polite but could enhance responsiveness to requests.

Fantastic staff. Quinton, Dermot, and Shantel went above and beyond to assist. Rooms are spacious and clean. Location is prime—close to City Hall, restaurants, and public transport. The lobby offers a comforting ambiance with complimentary tea and coffee. parking logistics need a rethink. Checking in wasn’t seamless; the main entrance lacked a welcoming presence. Cleaning could improve—bathroom facilities weren’t up to standard, and daily restocking wasn’t clear. Limited electric outlets and insufficient pillows didn’t help either. Staff were helpful when needed, but ensure to clarify parking options beforehand. A solid choice, but with room for refinement. Would return for the vibe and service. Recommended.

The hotel had a convenient location but lacked on-site dining. Staff were efficient, yet some guests desired a warmer touch. Cleanliness and maintenance issues were noted. However, amenities like free water and flexibility stood out positively. A decent choice for a stay.

The downtown location is unbeatable, right across from the mall and near transport options. Loved the 24/7 coffee station, but room amenities were hit or miss; the coffee machine stumped me, and the air conditioning was annoyingly loud. Staff interactions varied—some helpful, others less so. The room felt cramped, especially the bathroom that was hard to maneuver in. WiFi was unreliable, and the TV experience didn't deliver as promised. Despite a few comforts, a renovation wouldn’t hurt. Some nice touches, but customer service experiences left a bit to be desired.

The staff was super friendly and checked me in early, which was a lovely surprise! My room was spacious with a cozy bed, perfect for relaxation after a day out. Plus, I loved the self-serve water stations and the fresh coffee waiting for me each morning!

The room was spacious and the bed comfortable, which was great after a long day of sightseeing. The hotel felt safe and was conveniently located within walking distance of the Franklin Institute. The free water bottle station in the hallway was a nice touch too. Although there were some cleanliness issues and noise disturbances, overall, my stay was satisfactory for the purpose of my trip.

The location is prime and easily accessible. The staff is friendly and gave me a parking discount—who doesn't love a surprise savings?

I did get booted out of my room too early, though I was told I could stay.
