The staff at this hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to answer any questions or address any concerns with a smile. The location of the hotel was perfect, with ski-in/ski-out access that allowed us to hit the slopes right from the doorstep. We also loved the spacious apartment and the well-equipped kitchen, which made our stay comfortable and convenient.

Although we had a great overall experience, there were a few minor issues that we encountered. the pre-booked infant pack was missing from our room and was not fully provided for the duration of our stay.
