The staff is friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Guests can enjoy the rooftop pool and take in the stunning views. The hotel also offers modern facilities, like a massive TV with international channels and a heated toilet seat.

There were some occasional issues with keycards not working properly.

The new year trip was good overall, though the hotel fell short on a few key areas. On the bright side, the complementary breakfast and Wi-Fi were nice perks. the hotel's location in the heart of the city made getting around a breeze. We also enjoyed the convenience of the hotel's shuttle service to the nearby attraction.

Our room was plagued with technical issues. the tablet controlling the lights, temperature, and blackout blinds was unresponsive, and the high-tech toilet didn't work properly.

This hotel is a luxurious heaven. the exquisite room was impeccably designed with top-notch exclusive amenities, like heated toilet seats and an iPad to control different devices. the bathroom was wonderful with a great showerhead that provided a relaxing experience. the staff was helpful and kind, making sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. the location is perfect, close to many attractions and plenty of restaurants to explore on foot. the Spa & wellness centre offers a full range of massages to pamper yourself.

The only minor issue we encountered was an occasional noise that came from outside, but it didn't affect our overall experience.

Our stay at L Hotel Perla Boutique was absolutely amazing! The location was perfect and the hotel itself was stunning. The room we stayed in was spacious and beautifully decorated, with marble floors and a ceiling adorned with beautiful lights. The highlight of our stay was the two-person bathtub in the middle of the room, which made our romantic night unforgettable. The rooftop terrace with the heated swimming pool and fountains was a dream come true. The staff members were incredibly friendly, helpful, and spoke excellent English. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction.

Although our overall experience was flawless, there were a few minor inconveniences. The restaurant service was not up to par and it was quite expensive.
