I had a great experience at Residence Resideal. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train and bus stations. The room had a balcony where I could enjoy the lovely weather. The customer service was exceptional, as the manager provided me with a letter for my friend's insurance company. The hotel staff really cared about their guests.

Rooms have bunk beds and a couch bed, with necessary appliances and a balcony for drying swimwear. a great value for the money.

The location was great, close to public transport and walking distance to all the main attractions. the apartment had all the essential amenities and the rooftop pool offered a nice view.

The hotel policy of paying extra for sheets and towels was not expected and we had to clean the apartment ourselves before checking out. the stay did not meet our expectations and we would not return.

This place is in a great location, right beside the train station, making it convenient for all the sightseeing we wanted to do. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the housekeeping service was excellent. The room amenities were top-notch, with heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a comfortable sitting area. We loved the terrace and dining table, as well as the soundproofed rooms. The garden area was beautiful, and the swimming pools were amazing, especially the rooftop pool with its panoramic view.

While the hotel was overall fantastic, we would recommend it more for families rather than couples or solo travelers.
