We absolutely loved our stay at this 4-star hotel. The location was excellent, with beautiful gardens in a quiet area. The staff provided top-notch service, from the housekeeping to the 24-hour reception. The room amenities were impressive, with a spacious balcony, sitting area, and in-room safe. The hotel also had great leisure facilities, including a sauna, swimming pool, and jacuzzi. Additionally, the Wi-Fi and luggage storage were convenient features. we highly recommend this hotel for its luxurious comfort and quality services.

The location of this hotel is perfect, it is close to the main promenade and the shopping center, making it very convenient to visit the attractions of the town and also to do some grocery shopping. The hotel is situated in a gated secure garden, providing a safe and peaceful environment for guests. The rooms are clean and the service staff is prompt, ensuring a comfortable stay. Additionally, the hotel has a lovely pool in the front courtyard and a decent exercise room, offering guests additional facilities to enjoy during their stay.

One aspect that could be improved is the size of the rooms, as some guests mentioned that they are on the smaller side.

We had a fantastic time at Residence Resideal Premium. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach. The swimming pool and well-kept garden provided a great place to relax. The localisation near the beach was a major highlight. The private parking was a bonus. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at a Residence where we enjoyed the perfect balance between freedom of an apartment and the benefits of a hotel. the central location, set in a surprisingly quiet garden with a pool, was ideal. the staff were very kind and the private parking was a great perk, especially considering the expensive public parking in the area. it was a 4-star accommodation with a nice kitchen, TV channels, and pool facility, making it a good choice for families.

During my Christmas stay, I had a great time at this residence hotel. the rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. One of the best aspects of this hotel was its location – it was just a stone's throw away from the beach and the main shopping area. Another positive aspect was that the kitchen was fully equipped which made cooking easy. Lastly, the staff was friendly and willing to help us with any queries.

There were a few things I disliked about the hotel. the parking space was very limited and there were no provisions for free parking nearby.

Cannes is a star city with luxurious shops, sandy beaches, and a wide range of events. The climate and palm trees are so inviting throughout the year. Also, there are plenty of activities to delight children.

Nothing like having to clean up my own room and pay extra if I want it cleaned for me. Such a delightful surprise.

My family and I had a great experience at Residence Resideal Premium. the staff went above and beyond to ensure we could stay in close proximity to each other, even with four rooms. the location of the building was incredibly convenient and the overall maintenance and security of the premises were commendable. We were grateful for the helpfulness of the staff and would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.
