Helpful front desk. No twin bed rooms available, but two Unicom double bed rooms were exchanged for no extra charge. New and modern building with nearby shops and pharmacy. Laundry facilities and ironing station available. Quiet location, short tram ride to metro, supermarket and bakery nearby.

The hotel had a great location near public transportation and there were plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. the hotel offered a private car park which was very convenient. During my stay over Christmas, I particularly enjoyed the cozy and comfortable rooms which made for a great holiday atmosphere.
