The staff at Royal Antibes - Luxury Hotel, Residence, Beach & Spa went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The reception staff printed all necessary documents and arranged alternative travel plans, allowing us to return home without any hassle. Their exceptional service and professionalism made a significant impact on our overall experience.

During our Christmas stay, we were impressed with the beautiful coastal town and the convenient location of the hotel. It was easy for us to explore nearby places like Cannes and Monaco. the hotel also offered a great coastal walk, which was a perfect pre-lunch activity. we enjoyed the delicious lunch in the charming squares of the town.

We were initially given lower category options than what we had booked, and when we politely expressed our concern, the staff treated us poorly. To make matters worse, we discovered a cooked bug in our food, which was truly unpleasant.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect for exploring all that this beautiful city has to offer. It was within walking distance of the old town, the market, restaurants, and, of course, the beach. The view from our room was breathtaking, right on the seafront. We were just steps away from fantastic restaurants, bakeries, and pristine beaches. The convenience of being able to easily access both the old town and the cap was unbeatable.

We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in Antibes. The hotel's prime location, combined with its exceptional service, made our stay truly memorable.

I had a fantastic stay at this place. The location is perfect, right on the beachfront and within walking distance of all the main areas like the old town, restaurants, and the market. The staff here were incredibly friendly and professional, providing excellent service before and during my stay. They even helped me with arrangements and explained everything I needed to know about the room condition and price. The amenities in the room were top-notch, including a comfortable sitting area, a terrace, and a dining table. Plus, the spa and wellness center were a great place to relax and unwind.

The staff was fantastic, especially Sonya and Camille. The private beach and beach bar/restaurant were great. The spa was lovely. Good location near the old town.

The location was perfect, with stunning sea views and close proximity to the charming old town. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a well-equipped kitchen in our suite and a spacious rooftop terrace with a hot tub. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, with daily housekeeping and fresh towels provided. The staff were friendly and helpful, from the reception staff who called us when our room was ready to the helpful gentleman who assisted us with our bags.

The hotel's location is unbeatable - just across a busy road from the sea, close to a private beach and within walking distance to the heart of the city. The rooms are comfortable, with large beds and blackout blinds for a good night's sleep. The private beach is a luxury, with a bar and restaurant serving delicious food. Breakfast is also available, and the rooms are cleaned daily with fresh towels provided.

Some of the female reception staff could improve their customer service by smiling more often.

Luxury hotel with friendly staff, excellent room and wi-fi, inclusive spa with jacuzzi, sauna, and hammam, superb food and service at the restaurant.

The breakfast was decent and the room was clean and well-furnished. the hotel's location was perfect, being within walking distance of popular tourist attractions. We particularly enjoyed the romantic sunset walks on the nearby beach.

The hotel lacked room service and a bar. the internet connection was poor, and our room was only cleaned after we complained.

Great views of the Mediterranean sea and parts of Antibes, balcony in the rooms are good and great for just chilling. Easy walking distance to center of Antibes and to the old city and marina. Neat, clean, spacious rooms with excellent amenities. Helpful staff. Louis at the Concierge desk provides great advice on what to do and where to visit/dine.

Felt like relaxing at home, no complaints.

Great location for exploring the old town and walking to Juan-les-Pins. Private parking is a bonus. Staff were helpful and language barriers were not an issue. Spa treatments were excellent, adding to the overall experience.

the staff, from the friendly and professional hotel employees to the attentive assistant manager Emmanuel, were top-notch. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and address any concerns we had. the hotel's beach staff, however, seemed lacking in friendliness and showed a touch of arrogance.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxury hotel. the location was excellent, right across the road from the beach and the hotel's own beach club, which was fantastic. the room was spacious and comfortable, and we enjoyed a delicious breakfast with friendly staff. the hotel restaurant also impressed us with its great food and excellent service. the bathroom was well-appointed, with a bath and separate shower.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, with a generously proportioned room and comfortable amenities. The location was fantastic, only a short walk from the old town and with beautiful views of the sea. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The only suggestion I have for breakfast is to expand the menu a bit, offering more options for guests to choose from.
