We had a lovely stay at a very nice hotel with a view of the sea from our balcony. the room was comfortable and modern, and we particularly enjoyed the bath and the nice bathroom toiletries. the staff were welcoming and check-in was straightforward. the pool area was a great place to relax, especially in the evenings with the small bar and lovely lighting. the breakfast was varied and tasty, and the bar drinks and food were also good.

The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to travel around unless you choose to take a taxi. Additionally, it is just a short walk down to the beach, perfect for those looking to enjoy the water. Right across the street from the hotel, you'll find an amusement park along with a variety of local restaurants to choose from.

One minor downside was the occasional noise from the construction work happening in the adjoining room.

We had a great time at Novotel Ha Long Bay Hotel. The location was perfect, close to the beach and the Sun World theme park. The room was clean and had an amazing view from the 11th floor. The staff were friendly, helpful, and even assisted us with renting a scooter. The food in the hotel was delicious, especially the buffet dinner with a wide variety of options. The hotel had a lively atmosphere and we highly recommend it!
