We chose this hotel for its ideal location near the sanctuary. Our room was small but had a balcony that overlooked the lively street scene below. It was a treat to be able to see the sanctuary from our window, especially in the afternoon when we could open the windows and let in some fresh air. The receptionist, Marie, was incredibly helpful and friendly, always taking the time to answer our questions despite being busy. We opted for the alacarte breakfast at the hotel's brasserie, which was a pleasant experience. We could linger over our coffee, read the papers, and enjoy the view of the street.

The lack of coffee/tea making facilities in the room, which we found surprising considering the modern standards of hotels. Despite this, we had an enjoyable stay and would recommend this hotel for its location and helpful staff.

We recently had a wonderful stay at a hotel very near to the Sanctuary of Lourdes. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the chapel and in proximity to the Sanctuary. The staff were friendly and efficient, providing excellent service throughout our stay. Our room was comfortable and clean, with all the necessary amenities. We also enjoyed a delicious three-course meal in the hotel restaurant, which offered good value for money. We were impressed with the money-off tokens provided, which we used in the souvenir shop and cafe.

We did find the breakfast buffet to be lacking in variety and in need of some fresh ideas.

The hotel's location is unbeatable, being incredibly close to both the sanctuary and the peaceful grotto area. It's perfect for those who want to spend more time enjoying the serene surroundings rather than walking long distances. Additionally, the staff are friendly and helpful, ensuring that all your requests are promptly taken care of. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with basic amenities and a decent bathroom. The breakfast provided is satisfying and sets you up for the day ahead.

Conveniently located near sanctuaries, clean rooms and good food. the hotel also offers complementary services, such as taxi pick-up, and has a store that sells souvenirs and other items.

The quality of the food at the restaurant could use improvement and the standard rooms are small and lacking basic tea-making facilities and a fridge. Walking to the town centre can also be a bit of a challenge for those who aren't fit.

We got great value for our money at Hotel Saint Sauveur. The room was comfortable and clean, and the location was perfect for our visit to the grotto. The staff treated us with warmth and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Highly recommended!
