We had an amazing stay at a brand new and modern hotel in the heart of the city. the location was perfect, close to the port, shopping area, and restaurants and bars. the room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a big bed and a nice bathroom. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary soft drinks and water in the room. the receptionist, Sylvie, was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. She provided us with recommendations for destinations, guided us with PCR tests, and even offered tips for exploring the region. the cleanliness of the property was exceptional. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

the staff at Elys Suites were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure a memorable anniversary for my partner and me. the room was beautifully modern and stylish, with a comfortable king-size bed and a spotless bathroom. I appreciated the small touches like a stocked mini-bar and a complimentary coffee machine right outside the door. the cleanliness and attention to detail were top-notch.

Recently stayed at Elys Suites for a short getaway and it was absolutely amazing! The rooms are brand new with a modern shower and comfortable bed. Everything is spotlessly clean and there's even a bright and innovative wardrobe. Loved the free soft drinks, coffee, and tea in the room, as well as the Lavazza coffee machine in the hallway. The location is excellent and the reception service is superb. Highly recommended!

Great location in the heart of Sorrento, steps away from dining and shopping. Helpful staff, particularly Sylvie at the front desk, who was knowledgeable and accommodating. Small, but nice room with enough space for a family of four. Stocked fridge with complimentary drinks. Surprisingly diverse breakfast spread, exceeding expectations. Friendly and helpful maid who assisted with check-in, check-out, and provided a screwdriver for a broken suitcase.

I recently stayed at Elys Suites for a few nights and had a wonderful experience. The hotel's location in the heart of town was perfect, yet still peaceful. The room exceeded my expectations with its spaciousness and cleanliness. The balcony was a lovely addition, allowing us to enjoy a pre-dinner drink. Sylvie, the host, was exceptional, providing us with great recommendations and even arranging parking for our car. The complimentary coffee machine and daily fresh cakes were a nice touch. I would stay here again without hesitation.
