What didn't I like? Everything was just so perfect, I had absolutely nothing to complain about.

We had a wonderful stay at a luxurious hotel with a feeling of home. The staff went above and beyond to provide exceptional service, promptly responding to our needs and even setting up the breakfast buffet early just for us. The room was immaculate and the food was gourmet. We felt spoiled and like family. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Grotto area, and provides an airport shuttle service to PAU airport. The rooms were clean and the bathrooms were well-maintained. The staff gave excellent service and the breakfast had a variety of options to choose from, including a buffet. The hotel also offered amenities such as extra towels and air conditioning.

I recently had a great stay at a hotel near the cathedral in Lourdes. The staff were attentive and the service was excellent. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a good-sized bathroom, and I particularly enjoyed having a balcony with a nice view. The hotel also offered an airport shuttle service, which made it very convenient for me as I arrived and departed from PAU airport. Another great aspect was that breakfast was included in the stay, which was a nice bonus.

During my Xmas stay, I was impressed with the spacious room and comfortable bed. the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always willing to help with any request. the location was also perfect for exploring the nearby attractions and enjoying the holiday festivities.

The music from the nearby club was extremely loud and disturbed my peaceful stay. the breakfast options were limited and not as satisfying as I had hoped.
