Breakfast lacked variety and portugal's famous tarts were missing.

I recently stayed at a luxurious 4-star hotel in the heart of the city centre. This place is located on the best avenue in town and offers easy access to all the main attractions. The hotel is conveniently situated directly across the street from the Metro, making it very convenient for exploring the city. The staff here were incredibly professional and went out of their way to ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay. They were multilingual and were able to assist me with restaurant reservations and sightseeing recommendations. The room was spacious and well-equipped, enabling me to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. Additionally, the rooftop bar and pool area offered breathtaking views of the city, and the staff there were friendly and attentive. The hotel also had an environmentally conscious approach, offering vouchers for drinks if you opted out of having your room cleaned. my experience at this hotel was excellent and I would highly recommend it to others.

Another great aspect is its location on The Avenue, the main shopping street of the city. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with friendly and helpful staff providing excellent service. The breakfast offers a variety of options and the view from the rooftop bar is stunning.

We got great value for our money with a lovely room and a terrace that offered amazing city views. The hotel's location was spot on, situated in the city center with easy access to shopping, theaters, and restaurants. The staff went above and beyond, even surprising me with champagne and dessert on my birthday!

The morning meal could've been improved by ensuring that the omelettes were served hot and fresh, as one morning it arrived cold and rubbery.

The rooftop bar and pool offered a relaxing atmosphere with stunning views of the city. The staff overall were friendly and accommodating, especially the receptionist and barman.
