having visited other hotels in biarritz, this stay was a pleasant surprise. the room was well-appointed and clean, and the amazing ocean views truly enhanced our family holiday. we appreciated the spacious layout and helpful amenities that made our stay enjoyable.

Our recent stay was enjoyable, with a fabulous pool area and excellent quality food at the restaurant. However, the room had noticeable wear and tear, which was disappointing. I'd still consider returning.

Fantastic location being within 5 minutes of the stunning beach. The indoor and outdoor pools were impressive, especially the heated saltwater pool. Loved the staff, always friendly and accommodating.

We loved the free yoga classes on Sunday mornings and the heated indoor pool was perfect for our teenage kids. The atmosphere was relaxing, with the gorgeous ocean view making it even better as we enjoyed our stay as a family.

Dude, the location is, like, totally epic! Just a short walk to the beach and, OMG, that sea water pool? So chill! Our room had a balcony overlooking the waves, and my dog was, like, loving all the attention from the staff. The vibe was super laid-back, but the bar prices? A little cray-cray.

Location? Totally killer. You step out, you see the ocean, it’s like a postcard. Staff were super chill and friendly. Loved my room, comfy as heck. But the breakfast? A bit of a mess, felt all over the place. Definitely could use some sprucing up in the dining area. Still, that sunset view? Priceless.
