Excellent breakfast. Welcoming staff. Beautiful parlour. Drinks and nibbles before dinner. Lovely room furnishings. Good facilities. Superb bar with stunning view.

The suite we stayed in during our romantic escape was comfortable and had wonderful views. the bed was soft and cozy, perfect for a relaxing getaway. the location was fantastic, right in the heart of the action. We were just a few minutes away from the main pier and all the activities we wanted to do. It was so convenient to be able to walk to everything without having to worry about transportation.

There were a couple of downsides to our stay. the suite we stayed in was not eligible for room service, which was a bit disappointing.

During my stay at Eichardt's, I was pleasantly surprised by the personalized service. When I arrived, they not only had my room ready early, but also prepared a special surprise for my birthday. The attention to detail and thoughtfulness truly made me feel valued as a guest. The elegant decor and stunning views also added to the luxurious experience. Despite a few minor hiccups such as limited breakfast options and a glitch with the hot water, I would highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and beautiful ambiance. I had a fantastic stay and will definitely consider staying here again in the future.

This hotel is an epitome of luxury travel. the room was spacious with tasteful decor and exclusive amenities. In-room breakfast was delightful, and outdoor dining area was breathtaking. Jacuzzi was very relaxing, located in a private facility.

Service was top-notch, with special diet menus accommodated with ease. Cons: the restaurant menu could be more diverse.

The room was beautifully appointed and had a stunning view. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom had excellent amenities. The hotel also had a fantastic on-site restaurant and a whisky parkour that served delicious hot snacks. The staff was friendly and accommodating. it was a truly memorable experience.

Spectacular views from the room and excellent room service. the staff was polite and helpful. the hotel was at a good location and had easy access to public transportation. the room had a unique design that gave the room a warm and cozy feeling.

The Christmas decorations were over-the-top and overwhelming in the lobby and room. the prices in the restaurant and gift shop were extremely high and made it hard to enjoy the holiday vacation without being worried about finances.
