The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and all spoke good English. Rooms were fabulous with very comfortable beds. Attention to detail throughout the hotel was excellent. Stunning hotel with the best view of the Old Port. Beautiful and modern hotel with multiple restaurants and a rooftop cocktail bar. Spacious and wonderfully decorated rooms. Friendly and attentive staff. Exquisite food at the Bistro and a must-try breakfast.

I was initially concerned about the long wait to get our room, but once we finally settled in, we were blown away by the breathtaking view from our breakfast table. The sight of the harbor was simply mesmerizing. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom in our deluxe room was spacious and luxurious. Additionally, the concierge went above and beyond to help us arrange a doctor visit during our stay. I highly recommend this hotel for its amazing views, comfortable accommodations, and helpful staff.

The beds were amazing, providing a wonderful night's sleep. Complimentary bottles of water were a nice touch for the hot summer days. The bus stop outside the hotel made getting around convenient. Friendly staff who were patient with our attempts at speaking French.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The beds were incredibly comfortable and I slept so well during my one-week stay. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a beautiful lobby and a tranquil spa pool. The location on a promontory high above the old port provided stunning views of the port. The staff were polite and courteous, and despite my limited French, they responded in French to my attempts at speaking the language. The hotel also offered complimentary bottles of water each night, which was a nice touch, especially in the summer heat. Additionally, the hotel's convenient bus-stop directly outside made it easy to get into town and explore the city.

There was nothing I didn't like.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Marseille with a rooftop bar that offered stunning views of the old port. The staff were helpful in organizing a car rental for me, which made getting around the city a breeze. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the old port area, close to many attractions and the most expensive restaurant in town. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a well-equipped bathroom. The service was friendly and attentive, and the breakfast was delicious. it was a great experience.

The staff at the rooftop bar seemed a bit less cheerful compared to the rest of the hotel's staff.

I found the location of this hotel to be truly unique. Situated further down the harbour, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, it offered a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The views from my room were breathtaking, with a panoramic vista of the beautiful beach Le Prophète. The room itself was spacious and well laid out, providing the perfect sanctuary after long days of exploring. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, always helpful and accommodating. The breakfast spread, though not very varied, was delicious and satisfying.

The lighting in the room was quite confusing to navigate, with multiple switches that made it difficult to achieve the desired ambiance.

The location was excellent and the rooms with terraces were enjoyable. The spa facilities were relaxing and the indoor pool had therapeutic jets. The restaurant had a fantastic view of the old port.
