As a tourist, I loved the exceptional facilities and amenities at Le Royal Hotel. The rooms were impeccably neat and the sleep quality was extremely comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised by the special birthday request I made for my fiancé, as the hotel provided a delicious cake for us. The staff were lovely and provided professional service. The food at the hotel was also great. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect for exploring Beirut and Jbeil, as it was situated in between the two cities. The spa and pool facilities were perfect for relaxation and the sea view from the rooms was incredible.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make our experience exceptional. They offered us a free upgrade to a bigger room and even surprised us with a complimentary cake for our wedding anniversary. The room was impeccably clean and the bedding was so comfortable. The hotel facilities were exceptional, especially the spa with its breathtaking views of the sea. The location in the center of this city was perfect, close to everything we needed.

I recently stayed at Le Royal Hotel for 5 nights during my vacation. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable bedding and soundproofing. The sea view from the room was breathtaking. The hotel staff was welcoming and professional, and the room service staff were pleasant. We were also able to check in early, which was a great convenience. The hotel's location and scenery were stunning, and the infinity pool and jacuzzi in the spa resort were amazing.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Our weekend stay was pleasant and enjoyable. the view from our room on the 10th floor was amazing, and the soundproof system made for a peaceful and restful night's sleep. the room was clean and comfortable, with a well-equipped shower. the highlight of our stay was definitely the spa, which had great facilities and provided one of the best massages we've had in Lebanon. the location of the hotel was also convenient, with easy access to the main highway.

There were a few negative aspects to our stay. the restaurant, specifically the Le Terasse restaurant, could use some improvement.

It was also convenient as it was away from downtown traffic, making it easier to access other cities in Lebanon.

One negative aspect was the issue with the pre-authorization and billing. the hotel initially asked for a large amount as a pre-authorization and promised to settle the bill from that, but during checkout, they charged a different amount and made another transaction.
